The Arlington ISD Center for Visual & Performing Arts will serve the entire Arlington school district, and it includes a 1,250 seat concert hall, 425 seat theater, classroom space, art and dance studios, and galleries. The adjacent Athletic Center will be the district's first ever natatorium, which includes a warm-up pool and seating for over 1,000 fans. It also includes a 1,200 seat area that will serve the district for sports such as wresting, basketball, and volleyball.
