Our Story

Creation of Baker Drywall and Triangle Plastering in Garland, Texas by founder Bob Baker.

1974

Baker Drywall and Triangle Plastering incorporated bringing on Steve Baker as a partner and President of Baker Drywall.

1977

Steve Baker buys out partners and moves Baker Drywall to Dallas, TX.

1983

Baker expands to the Austin, TX market. Jerry Smith named Austin President.

1995

Baker expands to the Houston, TX market. Clark West named Houston President. Currently led by Mike Syzdek.

1997

$250M revenue mark achieved.

1998

Baker expands to the San Antonio, TX market. Mike Sireno named San Antonio President.

2000

$500M revenue mark achieved.

2003

Baker expands to the Fort Worth, TX market. Bryan Craft current Fort Worth President.

2005

Merger of Baker Drywall and Triangle Plastering under one parent company.

2005

$1B revenue mark achieved.

2009

Creation of BakerTriangle Prefab. Keith Giddens named BakerTriangle Prefab President.

2014

Debbie Brocker named as COO of BakerTriangle.

2015

$2B revenue mark achieved.

2016

Charlie Armbruster named Vice President of Operations.

2016

Bryan Baker, 3rd Generation, named CEO.

2017

Preston Pressley named as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing.

2017

Baker Triangle celebrates 45 years.

2019

Creation of Bryan/College Station Office. Johnny Barnes named President

Preston Pressley named Dallas President

Ezequiel Perez Jr. named Triangle Plastering President
