Perot Museum of Nature & Science

180,000 SF; this fully custom metal ceiling was created and designed by our preconstruction lead Jim Hatch and we laid out over 10,000+ points on the floor to transfer unique elevations up using our total station machine. The theatre ceiling was custom framed utilizing metal ductwork cut from a CNC machine in lieu of using metal stud framing for the drywall and acoustical fabric support. This project is truly one of a kind!
