As Human Resources Director, Chris provides HR leadership across BakerTriangle, with a focus on supporting employees, strengthening processes, and finding practical solutions that help the company continue to grow. Chris joined BakerTriangle in 2013 as a Corporate Trainer and spent seven years developing training programs across the organization before becoming Human Resources Director in 2020.
Chris holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and is a SHRM-CP. His approach to HR is rooted in a love for the details, from creating and refining processes that make the Human Resources Department more efficient to finding practical and creative solutions to the challenges that come with a constantly changing workplace. He especially enjoys learning from the people he works with and believes that the variety of situations HR encounters provides an opportunity to continually learn and grow.
Chris has been married to his wife since 2009, and they have two children, Braxton and Brinley. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family hiking, fishing, playing sports, watching movies, and playing board and card games.
Chris has enjoyed a variety of hobbies over the years, including hunting, scuba diving, playing guitar, and reading. These days, his favorite way to spend his free time is with his family.
