Charlie Armbruster

As the Vice President of Operations, Charlie oversees the day to day field operations for all divisions within the company. His time is spent meeting with the divisional superintendents, making sure projections and personnel are at maximum performance throughout the lifespan of our projects. His role also includes manpower projections, and critical placement of field personnel that will match up with our clients on their specific projects.

Charlie has helped grow Baker’s field team and field leadership to what it is today under the guidance and mentorship of Mark Streetman, one of the staples to Baker’s growth and success. Charlie has been involved in the national AWCI Education Committee and locally with the CEF Board of Education. He is currently involved with helping run the Royse City FFA, making a positive difference in the lives of high school students in his home town.

Charlie has a beautiful wife Monique and two children, Blake and Lauren, and became a grandfather to Leighton in 2021. They are proud residents of Royse City, TX.
