COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Learn and adapt, this is what 2020 taught us. While we have continued our normal working schedules, we have some safety precautions in place to keep our employees and partners safe.
Each office is only open to scheduled meetings. Supplier visits, employment application, etc. Please call ahead and schedule a meeting.
If you have a scheduled meeting, please follow these guidelines to help us protect the safety of our employees & staff:
- If you answer “yes” to any of the below questions, please stay home and call to reschedule your meeting:
- A. Do you have ANY of the following symptoms of illness: symptoms include (but are not limited to) fever, cough, lethargy, body aches and chills?
- B. Have you been exposed to someone who has Covid within the last 14 days?
- C. Have you been in Mexico or any country outside of the USA in the last 14 days?
- No guests, please do not bring guests or family members to the office who are not directly expected in the meeting.
- Wear a mask upon entering our building. Maintain distance and use hand sanitizer.
For our employees in the field, we have mandated that in conjunction with proper PPE all employees are to wear masks and maintain social distancing as much as possible per the CDC guidelines. Our Safety Managers and field leadership teams are working diligently to make sure our employees are maintaining safe working environments, both for our staff and for the safety of others.
