Sergio Montoya

For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Baker Drywall family, and today I’m honored to serve as President. Throughout my career I have held roles as an estimator, project manager, vice president and became president in 2025. I’ve believe that success is about more than completing projects—it’s about building lasting relationships, earning trust, and treating people with respect. I’m proud to work alongside a dedicated team  in the central Texas market that shares those values and is committed to delivering quality work for every customer.

Growing up in the construction industry has taught me the importance of hard work, integrity, and keeping your word. Those principles guide the way I lead our company and the way I approach every opportunity. I’m grateful for the people I’ve worked with over the years and for the chance to help build not only great projects, but also strong partnerships throughout our community. I have served on the board of Central Texas ABC and Served as the Chairman of ABC Central Texas Chapter in 2018.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is being a dad to my two children Mia and Garren. Whether I’m spending time with family, out on the lake fishing, or enjoying a round of golf with friends, I value the moments that keep me grounded and remind me what matters most.

I’m thankful for the journey that has brought me here and excited about what lies ahead for Baker Drywall. I look forward to continuing to serve our customers, support our employees, and help strengthen the communities we call home.
