Bryan graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2004 with a BBA degree and started his career at Baker soon after, starting as an estimator/project manager in the Dallas office location. Bryan was promoted to lead the Fort Worth division in 2008 and helped grow that office and location until he became CEO in 2017.

URBY comprises two towers and over 1,400+ apartment units with an extensive list of amenities. Baker Triangle Prefab was selected as the design-assist partner to provide design and fabrication services to realize a highly customized skin design. Ultimately, BakerTriangle Prefab fabricated 750+ panels clad with EIFS - StoPanel Classic NeXT. BakerTriangle held multiple façade coordination meetings, and a custom EIFS pattern was developed during an extensive mock-up exercise at the Baker Prefab Facility during preconstruction. Along with the Prefab Division, Baker Triangle Plastering Division field installed GFRC panels, EIFS & DAFS, Thin Brick, Natural Stone Panels, and Stucco façade systems in various tower locations. Overall, the large-scale EIFS Prefabricated process and Baker multi-scope approach helped the contractor achieve an 80% schedule reduction in exterior wall construction while achieving a seamless scope delineation utilizing one contractor.
